The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Poquoson rose by $49,700 while total sales increased by 171.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Hampton rose by $8,741 while total sales increased by 16.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Williamsburg fell by $78,750 while total sales decreased by 18.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Yorktown fell by $77,550 while total sales increased by 26.2%.
