Williamsburg home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Williamsburg fell by $78,750 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 33.8% decrease over the $232,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Williamsburg in November 2016.
