Williamsburg home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Williamsburg fell by $13,250 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 5.1% decrease over the $258,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Williamsburg in June 2019.
