The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Poquoson rose by $60,050 while total sales increased by 50%.

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Yorktown rose by $30,250 while total sales increased by 11.9%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Yorktown rose by $70,000 while total sales increased by 1.9%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Poquoson rose by $22,550 while total sales increased by 21.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Hampton fell by $2,450 while total sales increased by 3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Williamsburg fell by $23,660 while total sales decreased by 19.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Williamsburg rose by $56,000 while total sales increased by 81.8%.
