Weather conditions permitting, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has scheduled a closure of the right travel lane on I-95 southbound near Doswell. The affected area is between mile marker 96 and mile marker 95. This closure is set for Tuesday, February 11, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., to allow for paving operations.
