Wise County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on Jan. 29
On Monday, January 31st, 2022, Cooper will be having surgery to remove his cancerous tumor at St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis. Cooper is the son of Master Deputy Pete Carlson and Sarah. This precious have been at St. Jude's Hospital for several months with Cooper undergoing Chemotherapy treatments while awaiting for surgery.
We ask all of those who purchased Cooper Strong Shirts to wear them on Monday in support of Cooper and his family.
We Continue to pray for your healing and look forward to the entire Carlson family coming back home soon.
