Williamsburg home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Williamsburg rose by $106,900 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,900 - a 58.4% increase over the $183,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Williamsburg in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Williamsburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,674, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
