The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Yorktown fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 13.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Williamsburg fell by $76,250 while total sales increased by 18.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Poquoson rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Yorktown fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 0.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Williamsburg fell by $67,300 while total sales increased by 1.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Poquoson rose by $19,750 while total sales increased by 1.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Yorktown fell by $35,050 while total sales increased by 13.2%.
