The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Newport News fell by $4,150 while total sales increased by 968.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Williamsburg fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 27.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Poquoson fell by $86,300 while total sales decreased by 60%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Yorktown fell by $65,750 while total sales increased by 23.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Hampton rose by $8,632 while total sales increased by 5.4%.
