Williamsburg home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Williamsburg fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $211,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Williamsburg in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Williamsburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,674, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
