Williamsburg home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Williamsburg fell by $27,660 while total sales decreased by 44.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Poquoson fell by $2,250 while total sales decreased by 25%.

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Hampton fell by $2,973 while total sales increased by 6.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Yorktown rose by $124,000 while total sales decreased by 4.9%.
