Williamsburg home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Williamsburg fell by $27,660 while total sales decreased by 44.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,340 - a 10.5% decrease over the $263,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Williamsburg in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Williamsburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,674, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
