Willis Gap Community Center, 144 The Hollow Road, Ararat, VA 24053. Big Country Breakfast, 1st Saturday of each month, 7:00 am till 10:00 am. Donations accepted. Serving: Country Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Gravy, Biscuits, Eggs. Buckwheat and buttermilk pancakes, apples, Coffee, juice, and sodas. A few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Meadows of Dan, (Primland) and about 7 miles from (Mayberry) Mount Airy, NC 27030, Hometown of Andy Griffith.
