Williamsburg home prices rose in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Williamsburg rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 22.7% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Williamsburg in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Williamsburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,674, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
