The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Yorktown fell by $16,050 while total sales decreased by 12%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Williamsburg fell by $71,080 while total sales decreased by 12.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Williamsburg fell by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 21.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Poquoson rose by $34,970 while total sales increased by 22.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Poquoson fell by $45,250 while total sales increased by 38.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Yorktown fell by $39,250 while total sales decreased by 23.4%.
