Hampton home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Hampton fell by $10,050 while total sales decreased by 11.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Williamsburg fell by $26,350 while total sales decreased by 33.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Yorktown rose by $4,802 while total sales decreased by 8.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Poquoson fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Newport News fell by $28,000 while total sales increased by 140.7%.
