Newport News home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Newport News fell by $36,436 while total sales decreased by 71.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Hampton rose by $8,656 while total sales decreased by 19.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Yorktown rose by $58,839 while total sales decreased by 13.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Poquoson fell by $22,925 while total sales decreased by 28.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Williamsburg rose by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%.
