Newport News home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Newport News fell by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 37.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Hampton fell by $12,065 while total sales decreased by 8.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Williamsburg rose by $28,501 while total sales increased by 14.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Yorktown fell by $19,708 while total sales increased by 38.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Poquoson fell by $34,600 while total sales increased by 166.7%.
