The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Yorktown fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 159 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 – a 8.8% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 164 homes sold in Yorktown in the fourth quarter of 2017.
