The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Williamsburg rose by $64,250 while total sales increased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $308,000 – a 26.4% increase over the $243,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Williamsburg in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Williamsburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,674, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
