The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Williamsburg fell by $67,300 while total sales increased by 1.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,700 – a 21.9% decrease over the $308,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Williamsburg in the second quarter of 2018.
