The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Williamsburg fell by $52,950 while total sales increased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,000 – a 18.3% decrease over the $289,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Williamsburg in August 2017.
