William & Mary baseball will continue its Colonial Athletic Association schedule with a three-game series against North Carolina A&T in Greensboro, beginning April 24. The games are set to take place at World War Memorial Stadium, with first pitches scheduled for Friday at 6 p.m., Saturday at 2 p.m., and Sunday at 1 p.m.

The series is significant as William & Mary seeks to build on recent achievements and maintain momentum in conference play. Fans can follow the action through FloCollege streaming and live stats, while updates will be provided on the team’s social media accounts.

The Tribe recently broke its single-season program record for stolen bases, reaching 117 steals during Tuesday’s game against Richmond. Outfielder Sam Kaczmarek recorded the record-breaking steal in the second inning. This performance places William & Mary eighth nationally in stolen bases this year. Infielder Jamie Laskofski continues to lead the team offensively, having hit a grand slam against Charleston on April 17 and leading the Colonial Athletic Association in runs and triples.

Pitching has also been a strong point for William & Mary, with right-handed pitcher Jack Weight posting a team-best earned run average of 3.48 after several scoreless outings. Right-handed pitcher Zack Potts is expected to start Friday’s game; he returned from injury earlier this season after being named one of D1Baseball’s top-65 starting pitchers last year.

Several players have reached personal milestones or received weekly conference honors this season. Infielder Matthew Kosuda is currently on a career-long hitting streak, while freshman Jett Humphreys was recognized as CAA Rookie of the Week following both pitching and batting contributions during a sweep of N.C. A&T earlier this year.

Looking ahead, William & Mary aims to extend its success with nine comeback wins already recorded this season under head coach Rob McCoy.
