The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is organizing a virtual public information meeting on Wednesday, May 21, at 7 p.m. The meeting will focus on a project following a study aimed at improving safety and operations along the S-curve section of Braddock Road (Route 620), situated between Pleasant Valley Road and Old Lee Road, as well as the intersection at Braddock Road and Old Lee Road.

The study explored various concepts including realignment of the S-curve and enhancements to the intersection such as turn lanes and innovative improvements.

VDOT encourages residents and travelers to participate in this virtual meeting and provide feedback until June 4. Participants can join via Zoom or listen by calling 888-475-4499 using webinar ID# 856-9306-7736. The session will include a presentation by the project team starting at 7 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer segment. If rescheduling is necessary, the alternate date for the meeting is Wednesday, May 28.
