On July 28, temporary traffic signals will be set up on Airmont Road in Round Hill, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. The signals will be installed between Snickersville Turnpike and Paxson Road as part of a bridge replacement project.

The installation will allow for one lane of alternating traffic while the other lane is closed at the bridge, which is situated about a quarter mile south of Paxson Road. These measures are expected to remain until late August.

Drivers and bicyclists are advised to exercise caution when navigating active work zones, remain attentive to new traffic patterns, and minimize distractions.

Traffic updates, work zone information, and incident reports can be accessed online at 511.vdot.virginia.gov, through the 511Virginia mobile app, or by calling 511 within Virginia.
