``An Act to designate the United States Courthouse and Federal Building located at 111 North Adams Street in Tallahassee, Florida, as the `Joseph Woodrow Hatchett United States Courthouse and Federal Building', and for other purposes.'', do pass with an amendment.

Motion to Concur with Amendment No. 5099

(Purpose: To improve the bill.)

Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I move to concur in the House amendment to S. 2938 with an amendment.
