Pittsylvania County issued the following announcement on Feb. 18
All Pittsylvania County offices and departments will be closed on Monday, February 21 for Presidents Day. All branches of the Pittsylvania County Library will be closed. All Pittsylvania County Courts will be closed.
All County convenience centers and greenbox sites will operate as normal. Essential operations (including Public Safety, the Sheriff's Department, and Public Works) will continue as usual.
