Today at the Capitol: TWO more Virginia REALTORS bills passed the Senate today: Senate Bill 197, protecting you and your clients’ rights with POAs/HOAs; and Senate Bill 510, streamlining the Virginia Real Estate Board's process in the event of the death or disability of a broker.
