Let’s start 2022 off right! Join us for Summit 2022: Leadership Summit & Business Meetings in Richmond, Virginia. The special event is comprised of leadership training, committee meetings, our annual RPAC Awards, and several important meetings. This event has been created to help our association’s leaders receive and share vital information to help continue shaping the future of real estate.

COVID Protocol Information

Proof of Vaccination OR Negative COVID Test

The timelines for access links for this step have been established and more information can be found below. You will receive your access link to upload this information in your registration confirmation.

Option 1: Vaccination Card

For those who decide to go the route of uploading a vaccination card to show proof of vaccination, the link is now live, and you may upload it any time between now and January 9. We encourage you to upload this information as soon as possible to allow time to mitigate any potential problems. Note: Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson/Janssen accepted.

Option 2: Upload of Negative COVID Test Results

For those who opt to show proof of a negative COVID test, please schedule your test to allow enough time for results to come in before the January 9th (at 11:59 p.m.) deadline. You may start uploading negative test results on January 8th. You may use this link to upload your results when the time comes.

**Upon successful upload, you will receive a confirmation email from IHP with a green checkmark within 24 hours (excluding weekend uploads). Please save that email. NOTE: IF you do NOT receive a confirmation email, your documentation has not been received, and you will need to upload it again.
