Williamsburg home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Williamsburg rose by $45,500 while total sales increased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 22.5% increase over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Williamsburg in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Williamsburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,674, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
