Williamsburg home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Williamsburg rose by $66,380 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,000 - a 37.6% increase over the $176,621 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Williamsburg in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Williamsburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,674, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
