Williamsburg home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Williamsburg rose by $37,500 while total sales increased by 68.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,500 - a 15.2% increase over the $247,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Williamsburg in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Williamsburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,674, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
