Yorktown home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Yorktown fell by $20,500 while total sales increased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,500 - a 7.1% decrease over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Yorktown in March 2016.
