Section of Shiloh Church Road in Hanover to close for rehabilitation project

A section of Route 680, also known as Shiloh Church Road, in Hanover County will be closed for a road rehabilitation project. The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) announced that the closure will affect the area between Route 631 (Old Ridge Road) and Route 608 (Parson Road). Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 15, and continue through Friday, September 26.

During this period, motorists are advised to use the posted detour routes. Northbound drivers should turn left onto Route 631 (Old Ridge Road), right onto Route 715 (Beaver Dam Road), then left onto Route 658 (Tyler Station Road) before returning to Shiloh Church Road. Southbound drivers should turn right onto Route 658 (Tyler Station Road), left onto Route 715 (Beaver Dam Road), and right onto Route 631 (Old Ridge Road) before rejoining Shiloh Church Road.
