Route 613, also known as Webb Road, is undergoing emergency repair work and is now closed to traffic between Route 625 (Hines Road) and Route 601 (Alden Road) in Prince George. The closure was announced to address culvert issues requiring immediate replacement.

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has provided a detour plan for drivers affected by the closure. For those traveling northbound, the detour involves taking Route 601 (Alden Road) south to Route 460 (County Drive), then heading west on Route 460 before turning east on Route 625 (Hines Road) to rejoin Route 613. Southbound motorists should proceed west on Route 625 to Route 460, head east on Route 460, and then drive north on Route 601 to reconnect with Route 613.

For further inquiries regarding this project, the public is encouraged to contact VDOT’s customer service center at 800-FOR-ROAD (800-367-7623).

VDOT advises checking updated traffic information through 511Virginia either online at 511.vdot.virginia.gov or via the 511Virginia app, which is available for mobile devices.
