The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Poquoson rose by $22,550 while total sales increased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From July through September of 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,000 – a 8.5% increase over the $264,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Poquoson in the third quarter of 2016.
