The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Poquoson rose by $15,100 while total sales increased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From January through March of 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 – a 7.6% increase over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Poquoson in the first quarter of 2016.
