The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Poquoson rose by $80,500 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,750 – a 34.5% increase over the $233,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Poquoson in October 2016.
