The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Poquoson fell by $94,900 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 – a 32.2% decrease over the $294,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Poquoson in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Poquoson for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,392, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
