Norfolk Southern to close multiple Prince George County crossings for repairs

Norfolk Southern plans to close several roads in Prince George County starting March 16, as part of a railroad crossing replacement project. The work will move from Route 624 (Aldean Road) north to Route 629 (Rives Road), with each closure located near the intersection with U.S. 460.

The schedule for closures is as follows: Route 624 (Aldean Road) is expected to close on or around March 16, Route 625 (Arwood Road) on or around March 18, Route 618 (Robin Road) on or around March 23, and Route 629 (Rives Road) on or around March 25. This timeline may change depending on weather conditions.
