Nineteen members of the William & Mary men’s gymnastics team were named to the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) All-Academic Team, according to an April 30 announcement.

The recognition highlights the athletes’ achievements in both academics and athletics. The ECAC All-Academic Team includes student-athletes who have earned a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0, as well as freshmen and first-year student-athletes who achieved a 3.0 GPA during the fall semester.

Those honored from William & Mary are Connor Barrow, Brayden Bates, Mark Fu, Alex Grapsas, Niko Greenly, Will Harrington, Jonathan Irwin, Nicholas Kosarikov, David Moroney, Matthew Navarro, Jared Noyman, Mason Odom, Trenton Peazant, Ricky Pizem, Evan Sikra, Luke Tully, Michael Weiner, Evan Wilkins and Gavin Zborowski.

In addition to their academic accomplishments this year, eight members of the team qualified for the NCAA Championships as individuals. Among them was Luke Tully who became the program’s first NCAA All-American in all-around competition.
