Conservative activist Ned Ryun has announced the release of a new documentary titled “American Leviathan.” The film examines the rise of the American administrative state and Progressive authoritarianism. According to Ryun, the documentary describes this phenomenon as “a massive, unaccountable administrative state that has subverted the Republic our Founders built,” highlighting an ongoing conflict between two forms of government in the United States.

Ryun said, “The full documentary, American Leviathan, is coming out on Monday. I think people will find it illuminating. The rule of the bureaucrat was always intended by the Progressives over the last century plus. Because of that we’ve had two very different forms of government in conflict.”

The film investigates who truly governs the U.S., advocating for an end to the administrative state and a return to representative government. It questions how federal entities like the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI allegedly targeted a duly elected president using a fabricated dossier to secure warrants through federal power abuse.

“American Leviathan” also raises concerns about accountability within federal agencies, asking why no one faced consequences for illegal acts. Ryun calls for dismantling the administrative state by urging Americans to demand governance from their elected officials.

Ryun emphasized that America stands at “a singular moment in American history” where ending bureaucratic rule is possible. The documentary is available online for viewing.
