McLean Street closures scheduled for drainage pipe replacement in Yorkshire

The Virginia Department of Transportation has announced that McLean Street (Route 1517) in Yorkshire will be closed to through traffic from March 24 to March 28, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., due to drainage pipe replacement work. The closure will occur between Spruce Street (Route 1526) and Rugby Road (Route 760), weather permitting.

Access to properties along McLean Street will remain available; however, vehicles will not be able to pass the area where the pipe replacement is taking place, adjacent to the property at 7804 McLean Street.

A detour for through traffic has been established via Spruce Street, Old Centreville Road (Route 616), and Rugby Road, returning back to McLean Street.
