On I-64, lane closures will occur on segments undergoing the HRBT Expansion Project and Gap Segment C Widening in James City County, with long-term changes affecting traffic flow. Motorists should also prepare for temporary traffic shifts on I-64, particularly between east of Route 199/Lightfoot and the New Kent/James City County line. Motorists in Virginia Beach will encounter full off-ramp closures along the I-264 corridor, while Portsmouth travelers will see ramp closures on I-264 west to I-664 north and various ramps at Greenwood Drive.
