The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Hampton rose by $11,928 while total sales increased by 10.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From April through June of 2018, there were 728 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,450 – a 8.7% increase over the $137,523 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 658 homes sold in Hampton in the second quarter of 2017.
