Governor Glenn Youngkin has announced a new round of appointments to several state boards in Virginia. The appointments span multiple sectors, including administration, agriculture and forestry, commerce and trade, education, health and human resources, as well as public safety and homeland defense.
The following boards will receive new appointees: the Virginia Geographic Information Network Advisory Board under administration; the Potato Board for agriculture and forestry; the Clean Energy Advisory Board and the Virginia Innovation Partnership Authority in commerce and trade; the Board of Regents of Gunston Hall and the Board of Trustees of the Roanoke Higher Education Authority within education; the Virginia Forensic Nursing Advisory Council for health and human resources; and finally, the Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice and Prevention under public safety and homeland defense.
