Richmond secured the initial advantage by winning two out of three doubles matches. Davis Wiley and Cole Brashear defeated Ekansh Kumar and Monil Lotlikar 6-3 at No. 1 doubles, while Grant Cohen and Charlie Burdell overcame Shari Saeed and Deniz Okyay 6-4 at No. 3 doubles. George Mason’s Niza Simunyola and Edgar Vilain earned a victory at No. 2 doubles with a score of 6-4 against Paxton Pritchard and Sam Rathmanner.

In singles competition, Cole Brashear delivered a decisive win for Richmond over Adria Franco with sets of 6-2, 6-0 at No. 6 singles. Dylan Atkinson followed with a straight-set victory against Simunyola (6-4, 6-4) at No. 4 singles, while Otto Sewell clinched the match for Richmond by defeating Vilain (6-3, 6-3) at No. 5 singles.
