Ned Ryun, founder of American Majority, has drawn a parallel between Abigail Spanberger and President Biden in their handling of a controversial case in Loudoun County. The case involved the suspension of two teenage boys for sexual harassment after they questioned a transgender student’s presence in the boys’ locker room. Ryun made his statement on the social media platform X.

“Abigail Spanberger is the female version of Uncle Joe from Scranton: wants to give image of moderate but really is a Trojan Horse for the far Left’s policies,” said Ryun.

According to reports from the Washington Post, the incident at Stone Bridge High School has provoked significant public outcry. Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares has criticized the process as biased and initiated a state investigation. This case highlights ongoing tensions over Title IX enforcement and transgender rights within Virginia schools.

A recent Commonwealth Poll conducted by Virginia Commonwealth University indicates that Democrat Abigail Spanberger is leading Republican Winsome Earle-Sears by a margin of 49% to 37% among registered voters in the Virginia governor’s race. The poll suggests Spanberger is outperforming not only her opponent but also President Joe Biden, who faces lower approval ratings in Virginia.

Ryun, son of former U.S. Representative Jim Ryun, is known for his work as a conservative strategist and CEO of American Majority, an organization he founded in 2008. He previously served as a speechwriter for President George W. Bush and remains influential in conservative grassroots training and political commentary.
