The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has announced an emergency lane closure on I-95 southbound near Doswell, at mile marker 96. The closure is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting. This action is necessary to conduct emergency paving operations.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution while traveling through the work zone during this period.
