Culpeper District announces road maintenance plans for September 15-19

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has released information about upcoming construction and maintenance work in the Culpeper District for the week of September 15-19, 2025. The planned activities will include bridge and guardrail maintenance, cutting brush, trees, and limbs, as well as pothole repairs, surface and shoulder repairs, paving operations, mowing, drainage work, and roadside cleanup.

Motorists can stay informed about live traffic conditions and ongoing road work by visiting the 511 Virginia website or by downloading the VDOT 511 Virginia Traffic app for their mobile devices. Additionally, drivers have the option to sign up for personalized traffic alerts and view traffic cameras through the same service at https://www.511virginia.org/.
